At Kinetic & Nocturnal, we stand by the performance of our gear and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging and securely seal the box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
